This guided meditation was created to support you through your meditation practice. It was created to compliment the Inner Balance, a Playful Contemplation workbook by Kerrie Lovins. The meditation was intentionally made to be open ended, gently guiding you within, to allow for any reflection that you wish to bring to your contemplative self.


There are 3 lengths available to ease into your quiet reflection period. Each meditation is identical in theme, the difference is in the amount of time to consider your reflection.

5 min = 2 min reflection time

10 min = 7 reflection time

15 min = 12 min reflection


Ease yourself into your meditation, increasing as you go. Two minutes initially doesn't seem long, however our world keeps us busier with thoughts than we often think, and a full 5 minute meditation is an accomplishment!
