Balanced and Centered is an energy centered meditations to realign, balance, and connect to your inner wisdom. In class we will focus on balancing and harmonizing each main chakra along the body, bringing a sense of peacefulness and harmony. The use of visualizations will help shift the awareness from the physical body to an expanded awareness of self, to explore your inner wisdom.
Whether you have meditated before or are interested in starting, we will meet you where you are at. Prepare for a truly unique experience.

If you have ever felt nervous about starting a practice, joining a community class, or attending a meditation retreat because you weren't sure where to begin, this class offers a judge free zone to learn more and experience the relaxation meditation can bring.
We will open with a brief history on meditation, demystify some terms, and discuss tips to help build your personal practice. There will be a relaxing guided meditation to walk you through the meditation experience.

Evening Meditations offer an opportunity to wind down from the day and shift your focus to your personal time. Join us in person or virtually to keep your meditation momentum going!
If you are joining in person, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea and relax in one of the comfortable chairs or mats as we start to tune out the stress and tune in to a mindful guided meditation. If you haven't meditated before or would like to learn more about meditation, no worries, we are here to assist you.
At home, you can settle into your comfortable meditation spot, follow the link provided and relax in a mindful guided meditation to help promote your well-being and build a regular schedule for meditation.
Prior to the meditation we will have a brief discussion, answer questions, and offer tips to help make the most of your practice. Meditations begin at 5:45.
